Rascol-Rady, Elena

Raised in Bucharest, Romania, Elena grew up under the tightening grip of communism. She became a chemist in a pharmaceutical factory, and married a photographer for the Agricultural Ministry. Her own father, and later her husband Vasile Rascol, spent time at hard labor under grueling conditions for daring to meet with missionaries and distribute Bibles.
