Giovanni Rantucci received his Degree in Geology in 1964, his career started in 1967 in Croydon (UK) as a geophysicist in the evaluation of seismic refraction field data. From 1968 to 1982 he worked in developing countries as a geotechnical expert in the design and rehabilitation of roads.
