Rand, Dr William

Dr. William Rand was born and raised in the Northeastern United States. He received his Master of Arts degree in creative writing from Iowa State University and his Ph.D. in literature and Teaching English as a Second Language from the University of South Florida. Dr. Rand has over twenty years of experience in teaching university level creative writing, composition and literature, four years of experience in teaching film studies, and ten years of experience in teaching ESL in three countries.
