Ophelia Ramirez-Mailloux was born and raised in Shelby, OH by her biological parents, alongside her 8 siblings - 4 brothers and 4 sisters. She graduated from Shelby Sr High School and Pioneer Joint Vocational School with a certificate in Child Care. She also graduated from the Barbizon Modeling School in Akron, OH, as well as the ONOW Program in Mansfield OH. This is a program that empowers women to do non-traditional jobs, such as, welding, carpentry, etc. As a result of this program, she became a Certified Welder.
