Antonio Ramirez de Leon, PhD, DMin, was born in Mexico City. He holds advanced degrees in theology and educational psychology, and doctorates in counseling education and supervision and in ministry. He has more than twenty-five years of experience giving workshops, seminars, conferences, and retreats in the United States, Mexico, Central America, and Argentina.
