Rainwater, Julius

Julius Rainwater comes from a Southern family of 10. His service in the U.S. Army Signal Corps during World War II makes him well qualified to write about wars in "Kiss Me Soldier Boy". He resides in Conyers Georgia with his wife, Gloria Welch Rainwater.
