Rainer, Marc

Marc Rainer is a former prosecutor in the federal and local courts of the District of Columbia, and a former circuit prosecutor for the US Air Force's Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps. He is married to a former Air Force OSI Special Agent, and lives in a suburb of a major American city.
