Rahtz, Howard

Howard Rahtz is a Lieutenant with the Cincinnati Police Department and is currently assigned to the Police Academy. He has served as a Beat Officer, Patrol Supervisor, and Shift Commander. He previously served as a Supervisor in the Department's Community Oriented Policing Unit and as Assistant Commander of the Planning Section. The author is a adjunct faculty member with the University of Cincinnati and an instructor with the Tri-State Regional Community Policing Institute.
