ABOUT THE AUTHORS Dennis Quinn Dennis is a retired US Army Colonel with 28 years of service as an Infantry and Military Intelligence Officer. He served two tours in Vietnam, three tours in Europe, and multiple tours within the United States, including assignments in the Pentagon and on the faculties of the Army Command and General Staff College and the National Defense University. Dennis has a BA in Political Science and an MA in International Relations.
