Eleven-year-old Pranav A. Puttaparthi lives in San Diego, California, with his parents and sister. He plans to write science fiction in the future. At present he's happy reading, playing video games, and running his own YouTube channel.

Pranav especially enjoys video games which transcend ordinary expectations of reality. It was this type of game that inspired the surreal school in "Escape the Dimension."
