Purcell, Shawn

Shawn Purcell lives in Union City, New Jersey. He attended Montclair State University and earned a bachelors in English. He spent the early part his writing career writing song lyrics for his band as well as other singers and musicians. In 2013, he was named poet of the year by ezdrips online magazine for his poem, 'Hinges.' He has won many other small awards for his songs and poems.
