Minister Pulce-Reed was born in Nashville, TN. She received her primary and secondary education in the public schools of Nashville and her post-secondary education at Middle Tennessee State University. She's received a B.S.Degree in Communications, a B.A.Degree in Christian Counseling from Cornerstone University.
