Zushka was born in New England in the middle of the 1960s and spent twenty years in the desert of the American Southwest. Finding inspiration in the Red Rocks of Sedona, her journey into journaling began over thirteen years ago. Her life story began to unfold through persistent soul searching and daily writings. She is also the author of God Knocked Me Off My Bike, the first book in the trilogy, An Ordinary Life. Zushka enjoys a simple lifestyle of hiking, yoga, gardening, and belly dancing. She resides in Sedona with her husband, who is a mosaic artist.
