Duard L Pruitt is neither a politician nor an economist, merely a person who discovered that you don't have to have a Ph.D. to research and understand America's economic history and related financial data. He joined the U.S. Naval Reserve in 1943 as a student/trainee in the Navy V-12 program. When he became an ensign in 1945, it was too late to enter combat in World War II.
