I have been an avid reader since an early age. Today, I love writing books as much as I love reading them. Born and raised in the South, I love to write about my personal experiences. I hold a degree in education from the University of South Carolina. When I'm not writing, I'm homeschooling my two children. Along with my husband, a career firefighter, we make our home in Simpsonville, South Carolina. We share our home with three rescue cats and a Bernese Mt. Dog.
