ROBERT PREMUS is Professor of Economics at Wright State University. He earned his doctorate in economics and industrial organization from Lehigh University and has authored numerous scholarly papers and reports on the economics of innovation and economic growth. His primary teaching fields are in macroeconomics, economic growth, and monetary economics.
