Powell, Francis D.

Powell received his PhD from Georgetown University and did post doctoral work in sociology at Harvard. He has held research appointments at the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations in England and the Mediziniches Hochschule in Hannover, Germany. He is currently an adjunct faculty member at the Massachusetts Institute for Social and Economic Research at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.
