Sean Post has served as Adelphia's Academic Dean since the program's beginnings. His ministry experience includes six years as a youth pastor in Olympia, WA. He holds a Bachelor's in Biblical Studies from Calvary Chapel Bible College, a Master of Arts in Ministry and Leadership from Western Seminary, a Certificate in Transformational Coaching from Western Seminary, and is in the final year of his doctoral work in Missional Leadership at Multnomah Seminary.
