Now a retired Ranger, Dan Pontbriand was the team leader, principle investigator, and diver during the search for the Warrens at Olympic National Park. Dan is a 31 year veteran of the National Park Service retiring as a Chief Ranger in 2011. Dan spent 3 years in Washington D.C. as the Branch Chief of Emergency Services managing the Servicewide Emergency Medical Services, Search and Rescue, Diving and Incident Management programs.
