Pletcher, Wayne A.

Pletcher grew up in Southeastern Ohio and worked in DC as a clerk in the Justice Department-FBI in the turbulent 1960's. He graduated college from Ohio University, then earned his master's and doctorate degrees in chemistry in the University of Michigan. Initially hired by 3M Company to develop new and patented materials, he later became the technical director of several 3M businesses and corporate departments.
