About the Author Lisa can remember "meditating" at the age of four years old. She used sit quietly on her bed, close her eyes, and watch Energy. She saw a big white, iridescent ball, swirling towards her. When it got close to her, a little fairy would come out of it. The fairy held a "magic wand."
