Jeorald Pitts, a.k.a Lil Tone Tone, a former member of a notorious Crips gang has a PhD in gang experience and a masters degree in change from the University of Hard Knocks. He is the author of one of the most phenomenal and enlightening books ever written about the inner workings of gangs and change. Pitts is a mentor to at-risk youth and founder of C.H.A.N.G.E.S.
