Tim Pippard is Content Editor for the Sentinel Security Assessments at Jane's Information Group. Prior to joining Jane's in November 2004, he was research associate at the United Nations Association-UK, where he focused on peacekeeping operations, UN reform, post-conflict justice and the future of transitional administrations.
