I was born in South Africa and I have been living in London for the last 13 years. I had a varied career, but my underlying foundation of it all has always been helping and coaching people. Initially starting my career in 1999 by studying to become a Personal Trainer in Durban (The Health and Racquet Club), now Virgin Active.
