Pie, Wolfgang

Wolfgang Pie was born and raised in the deep south. She loves to research ancient history, prehistoric times and dig for dinosaur bones. She wrote Tusk after reading about how scientists are trying to resurrect the woolly mammoth by using DNA from a dead woolly and an elephant. She wondered what it would be like to ride a woolly mammoth and decided she would like to go back in time to be a cave kid. So far, she hasn't been able to find out how so she wrote a book about it instead.
