BRENT PETERSON, Ph.D., is a professor and pastor, and has been serving full-time in ministry for more than ten years now. His passion for worship and for the church led him to pursue a doctoral degree in Liturgical Studies, where his thesis on the role of the Eucharist within the Wesleyan tradition was awarded the 2011 Wesleyan Theological Society Dissertation of the Year. He has written articles for the Wesleyan Theological Journal, and was the co-editor of the book Post-Modern and Wesleyan. He currently lives in Nampa, Idaho.
