Scott Peters was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. After attending the public schools of Farmers Branch for elementary and middle school education, Scott enrolled in Jesuit College Preparatory School in Dallas for high school. Scott transferred to Nolan High School in Fort Worth between semesters his freshman year and earned his diploma. Texas Tech was such a great school and so entertaining, Scott completed his undergrad in 4 1/2 years.
