Persing, Barbara

Barbara Persing & Mary Hoover are sisters who share a love of quilting. Barbara has a long-arm quilting business, and Mary runs a quilt shop. Barbara and Mary love to collaborate on their pattern and design company, Fourth and Sixth Designs. Barbara lives in Pennsylvania, and Mary lives in upstate New York.
