Robbie L. Monroe Perkins was born in Fort Worth Texas and is the oldest of nine siblings which includes four brothers and four sisters. She is a wife, mother and grandmother as well as a Foster parent. She is Elder Minister/Evangelist and the Founder of Heaven Sent Evangelistic Crusade. She is as well the founder and host of the Daughters in the Fire /After the Rain Prayer and Ministry Line.
