Pereira-Muro, Carmen

Carmen Pereira-Muro is Associate Professor of Spanish at Texas Tech University. Previously she served as Assistant Professor of Spanish Language and Literature at the University of Miami and Assistant Professor of Spanish Language and Literature at Albion College. Her literature and culture research interests include 18th- and 19th-century studies with a focus on questions of gender and nationalism, Spanish Realist Novel, Emilia Pardo Bazan, Transatlantic Studies, Galician Studies, and Poetry.
