Sy'needa Penland is a military veteran who proudly served her country for 20 years in the United States Navy, rising through the ranks from Seaman to Lieutenant Commander. She holds several business degrees in Marketing and Management and is a graduate of Hawaii Pacific University and Troy State University. Sy' is a gifted poet, accomplished author and self-publisher.
