Ellen Pendleton loves to travel, backpack, hike and write about her adventures.
"Clostridium difficile" and antibiotic-induced colitis (CDAD) was her latest adventure, slowing her down to a stop. With her electronic and editorial background, she tackled the Internet research project and logged the findings (treatments, antibiotics, food, probiotics, prebiotics) and activities on her path of recovery. Getting well was the biggest challenge. Journaling was natural.
