Betty Ann Noonan Peer was born in Tulsa, OK and raised in Kansas City and mostly in St. Louis, MO. She married during WWII, and when her husband, John, returned from the war they settled in his hometown of Hannibal, MO, where they lived the rest of their lives and raised their four children. Betty Ann was a long-time Mariner Girl Scout leader, a member of Women's Club and Jane Clemons' Neighbors, and very active in her church.
