Tim Peeler and Brian McLawhorn have authored this wonderful sports history. Tim Peeler, author of Waiting for Godot's First Pitch and Touching All the Bases, is an English instructor at Catawba Valley Community College. Brian McLawhorn is a broadcaster and former assistant college basketball coach and national high school recruiting scout.
