Payne, Ish

Ish is a an Ordained Minister, pastor and teacher. Formerly a street cop and chaplain. He is President and Founder of Restoring Hearts Ministry, involved in travel ministries and inter-city ministries. Works with a team of individuals to help equip Christians to live victorious lives and help others to do the same.
