Paul, William Henry

BILL PAUL is a noted journalist with over thirty years' experience writing and reporting on energy and the environment and the economic and political impact of both. He was a Wall Street Journal staff reporter from 1970 to 1990, based in Europe and the United States. Paul was also CNBC's special energy correspondent.
