David Champion, an engineer with extensive experience in automotive testing, design, and development, has been in charge of Consumer Reports Auto Test facility for seven years. Champion oversees Consumer Reports' extensive auto and tire testing operations at the company's 327-acre site in Connecticut, the largest independent consumer automotive testing center in the world.
