JAMES JEFFREY PAUL was born in 1963. A native of Orlando, Florida and a graduate of Duke University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, he is the author of the true crime book NOTHING IS STRANGE WITH YOU: THE LIFE AND CRIMES OF GOTDON STEWART NORTHCOTT and a play about Jack the Ripper and his last victim, MILLER'S COURT, which is available in print and as an audio download.
