Pattan, Bruno

Bruno Pattan is a Senior Member of Technical Staff with the Federal Communication Commission's (FCC) Office of Engineering and Technology in Washington, D.C. He has published over 70 articles and reports in the field and related areas, and has authored the book, Satellite SystemsNPrinciples and Technologies. He has also served as an instructor for courses in satellite communications.
