Nicholas N. Patricios is Professor and Dean Emeritus of Architecture and former Master of Stanford Residential College at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. He has a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg as well as the Gresty Prize; a postgraduate diploma in Town and Regional Planning with Distinction from the University of Manchester and was recipient of the Heywood Medal; and a PhD from University College London. Books he has authored include Building Marvelous Miami: An Architectural and Urban History and The Sacred Architecture
