Author Carol Pastor is a writer, consultant and stylist with a specialist interest in patisserie, baking cakes and making pastry. She develops and writes recipes for Whitworths sugar, Inspirations, Homes and Gardens, House and Garden, and Nouveau magazines. Carol is the author of Simply Home Baking (New Holland), Food Magic, and Pastry Magic (both Cassell).
