Francisco Parra Luna is a profesor emertius of Sociology at the Complutense University of Madrid, with a degree in Political Science from the University of Geneva and doctorates from the University of Lausanne and the Complutense University of Madrid. His speciality is in Formal Modeling and Complex Systems theory. He is the founder of the Cybernetic and Social Systems Group of the International Sociological Association.
