Raised in Oklahoma City, Roxanne graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Petroleum Engineering. She worked as a production engineer in the oil industry for 10 years both in southern California and then in Midland, Texas, where she met her husband, Bryan. They have 4 grown children ages 19 to 24. She has spoken to over 100,000 people in 4 countries and throughout the USA as a business and motivational speaker.
