BACKGROUND: G.L. (Garnet) Parks is a retired airline captain with 25,000 total flight hours. He is also a retired officer (Commander) and pilot of the United States Naval Reserve with twelve years of active duty. He lived in Italy for 2-1/2 years, and has traveled most of Europe. His Asian travel includes Japan, Hong Kong, and Korea. EDUCATION: B.S. - Central Oklahoma University M.A. - Memphis University Garnet also has credit work toward doctorates, and holds honorary doctorates from Nigerian Bible School.
