Parkinson, Charles

Dr. Charles Parkinson was educated at the University of Melbourne, King's College London and the University of Oxford. He is a visiting scholar at the Melbourne Law School, the University of Melbourne. He has published widely in legal and historical journals and is the author of Sir William Stawell
and the Victorian Constitution (2004).
