Patrick Parker retired from the U.S. Army after a distinguished and rewarding career of more than twenty-three years commissioned and enlisted service. He saw duty in the United States, Southeast Asia, Europe and Panama. Patrick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Economics from Northeastern Oklahoma State University and a Master of Arts in International Relations from Boston University.
