Ms. Grant spent 10 years as an archaeologist before moving onto museum director, and finally landing comfortably in a public school classroom teaching history and English. Her love of history and archaeology has often made her yearn for the reality of time travel. This book combines all her favorite interests, except perhaps for her dog, who might have to wait for volume three to be included in the adventure. She lives in upstate New York with her husband and dog, who both contribute regularly to her writing.
