Panella is the founder of Success-Centered Time Management. He has taught his Time Control program to thousands of companies and hundreds of thousands of people in 25 countries since 1982. He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, a former naval officer and aviator, a former university professor, and now, an international author, speaker, trainer, and success coach.
