Pandya, Raj

Pandya has taught undergraduate and graduate courses on communications engineering in India and Canada. He has published numerous papers on communications networks and emerging wireless network technologies. After working in the Systems Engineering Division of Bell-Northern Research and Nortel Networks for over 20 years, he is now a consultant on mobile communications.
