Charles Palmer has been bedeviled by slow horses all his life. Growing up with such luminaries as Anderson G who showed "tremendous potential" in training but, sadly, never could beat anybody on the race track; Palmer learned to be patient and endure. Those traits have been horse racing's principal contribution to his career and only contribution to his bank account. When not vainly rooting for slow horses, Palmer attended the University of Michigan Business School And Law School.
